We are really excited to invite the incredible Micheal Ryan from the Provenance to join us for lunch, an opportunity that is usually only available to those who travel out to Beechworth.

Outside of being a multiple hat and restaurant of the year winner, Micheal also flexes his mad professor (read science) background by producing some of our favourite Victorian made booze at Beechworth Bitters Co.

So you can expect a Japanese inflection on the food and wonderfully aromatic and complex beverages to sit alongside.
